Wǒ jiào Marty. This blog is titled Dok Choy for a couple of reasons. Doktormartini is my internet nickname and I’m usually referred to as Dok. Bok Choy is a wonderful Chinese leafy vegetable. The blog Dok Choy is going to focus mainly on my love for veganism, health, and Chinese things. Hence: Dok = me, Dok Choy = a play on Bok Choy, Bok Choy = lovely green leafy vegetable from China. This blog will also talk about politics, environmentalism, and lots of other things. So I hope you enjoy reading some of my posts and feel free to comment!
